You are very lovely, Sue and thank you for your kind thoughts and words. I changed my plan this morning to pause and make things gentler. Our love to you and your two B's and peace to you and your lovely household. Xxx 🩷🌹🩷
Oh my lovely, Lauren, we hear your thoughts and echo them. Wrapping you and Matt in much love and many congratulations on celebrating your 36th Wedding Anniversary. We all stand together in spirit. Xxx 🩷✨🩷
It's like worry isn't it, John? It solves nothing, yet it's too easy to slip into that energy. Much love from us both to you, Mrs H, Twiggy and Tempeste and all love for your upcoming launch and book tour. Xxx 🩷
A beautiful post, Jane, and I love the quote about stress. The rocking chair makes a great metaphor and speaks the truth. I understand about fretting, and honestly, this January has been one heck of a month in so many ways. We celebrated our 36th anniversary, which was wonderful. But everything else was tragic or appalling and enough to cause sleepless nights. I like what crocheting does for you, and that's what reading and writing does for me. Thinking of you both and wishing you both a lovely weekend ahead. Sending love and hugs. xoxo
Jane - my mum used to crochet for the same reasons (and more I may never know). Yes, we must tune into the breath, and also I close my eyes and find them frittering about until I give them that moment to rest. I learned in public speaking that a pause before starting captures the audience as they are expecting voice, and their attention is caught in that moment of silent anticipation… They should as your words are always from the wisdom of the heart … 💕

I have never had an occasion where stressing over something ever led to the something getting solved. Lovely post this week, Jane

Jane that was just a beautiful post. I even felt my own innerself sigh and breathe that bit deeper and longer as I read your words.
I smiled at your crocheting fingers, mine have been going ten to the dozen recently, it calms and takes your focus from out there to within.
We all need to find our inner safe calm place, where we restore our inner balance and harmony.
And once each of us can do that, we are helping our outer world regain it's own balance.
Thank you Jane.
Much love and peace to you and Tim. 💛
